Diligent Care Services provides innovative, cost-effective and person centred care and support solutions for people with challenging and complex needs.
We provide exceptional standards of care and support for people with Autism, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and those with mental health issues.
We deliver bespoke packages of care and support to people in their own homes and to those living within one of our supported living schemes, conveniently located throughout London.
With over 10 years of providing excellent care and support, we currently provide our services to approximately 100 service users.
Diligent Care Services is registered and highly rated by the Care Quality Commission and proud members of the UK Home Care Association.
Our highly motivated and caring staff team is professional, highly experienced and qualified to at least NVQ level 2 or is working towards it. All our staff are thoroughly referenced and Disclosure and Baring Services (DBS) checked with the Criminal Records Bureau. Our staff will also undertake psychometric tests to better ensure safe and high quality care and support.
We continually up skill all of our staff to meet the choices and changing needs of our service users. We identify individual strengths and areas of needed development in order to up skill each member of staff individually, based on their own training needs. To maintain our high level of quality care and support, we continually monitor and appraise all of our services.
Our Background
Belinda Siggers, the founder of Diligent Care Services, developed this caring and dynamic company over 10 years ago, as a result of her own personal experience as the primary carer to her daughter, who has complex health care needs.
OUR VISION AND MISSION
The Diligent Care vision is to continually strive to develop the life skills and opportunities of our service users, so that they can fully engage with their own community and with the wider society as a whole. Our overriding aim is to enable our service users the same level of accessibility and opportunity in life and within society that every one of us has a right to.
Our Mission Statement

My personal vision for Diligent Care Services is to deliver the best person centred care possible through a strong team and the commitment of constant improvement. Our success over the past 7 years has been possible through our exceptional understanding of our service users needs paired with a strong commitment of continuous education and training. This is underpinned by our strong values - the 3 E's!
